Bar & Waiting Staff
We are currently seeking a dedicated waiting staff to join our team at a vibrant restaurant in the heart of Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating enjoyable dining experiences for our guests.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
- Make coffee and hot drinks at a good standard
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area

Experience
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively

-Be able to make coffee and hot drinks

Sous Chef/ Commis Chef

As a Sous Chef at our establishment, you will play a crucial role in the culinary team, assisting the Head Chef in food preparation and overseeing kitchen operations. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for food and leadership to join our team.

Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in creating and preparing high-quality dishes
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain food quality standards and adherence to recipes
- Oversee food production and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Help develop menus and specials
- Support in training kitchen staff

Requirements
- Experience in food production, culinary, or hospitality industry
- Proficient in food preparation techniques
- Previous experience as a cook or sous chef is advantageous
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
